2.3. You are responsible for the safe and lawful use of the rented vehicle, including compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and traffic rules.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. To make a booking, you must provide the required information, including your contact details, pickup location, and rental duration.
3.2. Prices and deposits of the services shall be determined by the actual negotiation between you and Oudong Express responsible official that may include or exclude additional fees such as fuel, insurance, and optional extras.
3.3. Payment shall be made according to the agreement made as stated in payment invoice or other official forms of communication.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be eligible for a refund.
4.2. No-shows or cancellations made outside the specified time frame may be subject to additional charges or loss of the booking deposit.
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1. Oudong Express is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our Services, including accidents, theft, or personal belongings left in the rented vehicle.
5.2. Oudong Express Company works with our partner Insurance Company to offer accidental protection for travellers using our services. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have other comprehensive insurance coverages.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Oudong Express and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.
